  • After a year of growth, opening our second yoga centre and expanding our retreat experience into beautiful hotel partnerships, we’re delighted to welcome you back to 5 fabulous destinations.

  • Why Participate in Our Retreats ? Modern life often leaves us overstimulated, disconnected, and running on empty, especially after the long winter months. Many of us crave movement yet feel tired, seek connection yet feel isolated, and long for clarity yet struggle to slow down.

    These retreats are designed to be a conscious pause to reset your system, release built-up tension, and step away from daily demands so you can return home re-energised and re-centred.

 

  • How will I feel when I leave? Over three days, we create space not only for movement and detox, but for genuine connection and shared experience. Daily yoga practices awaken the body. Mountains energize the spirit. Thermal baths soothe and restore. Evenings invite reflection, nourishing meals, and heartfelt conversation.

    This retreat is a welcoming space where people come together to reset, recharge, and reconnect. Through movement, breath, nature and gathering, we cultivate unity with ourselves and with each other.

We asked ourselves this question in the beginning. We've now had the privilege of hosting many retreats & they've all been amazing !

The people that gravitate to this kind of experience, have a similar positive spirit. The host & participants get to know each other in no time, are kind & respectful and everything feels very relaxed and natural. Everybody comes with a good intention & it works 🤗.

We understand how important it is to feel at home, letting that overactive analytical left hemisphere of the brain relax ! The para-sympathetic nervous system can then move the body from fight or flight, to rebuild & repair. Each year more countries publicly acknowledge that spending time in nature may well be the best therapy & one of the most healing activities.

Felix is a full time yoga teacher, life coach, mentor & entrepreneur, with a quarter of a century of experience of personal and spiritual development, optimal health & well-being. The founder of UNITY, will take excellent care of you and go the extra mile to co-create an experience which nourishes your body, mind & soul.

These retreats are open to you, whatever your experience with yoga. The intention for the practice is physical, mental & emotional detoxing which is a fancy way of saying: letting go 😇.
