UNITY brings together teachers and behind-the-scenes collaborators around the same purpose: helping people feel welcome, supported and able to practise at their own level.

Teaching team

Expertise that people can feel.

Classes are intentionally intimate—around ten people—so clear observation, personal attention and intelligent adaptations matter as much as technical knowledge.

We are especially interested in teachers who can build strength, posture, mobility, awareness and confidence without turning the room into a performance.

What we look for

Skilled, clear and inclusive teaching.

A recognised qualification in your discipline where one applies.
Experience teaching groups with varied levels and needs.
Confident cueing, demonstration and accessible modifications.
Warm client care, listening and constructive feedback.
Reliability for in-person work and, for employed roles, valid Swiss work authorisation.

As UNITY is a non-profit association, the scope, time commitment and terms of each operational collaboration are agreed individually before it begins.
