Wellness Test and optional voice
The Wellness Test is an optional, non-clinical reflection for adults. Your answers and personal reflection are held only in the current page’s memory, not saved in a UNITY database or sent to analytics. Reloading or leaving the page clears them. You may save a text summary yourself. A handoff to the Guide opens only the short introduction you review and approve; it does not transfer the full questionnaire. Pressing Send in the Guide then sends that introduction to OpenAI under the Guide terms below.
Sage is an AI-generated voice. Guide voice replies are on by default after you open the Guide; the visible sound control lets you turn them off. This control remembers only your sound and voice preference on this device. Speech generation sends the public question or Guide reply to OpenAI. Reading a suggested Wellness Test reflection asks for separate permission: the selected reflection statements can reveal aspects of your wellbeing, but raw answers and written notes are not sent. Edited personal reflections are not narrated. Public, fixed question audio may be cached; personal Guide replies and wellness reflections are not cached by UNITY. Dictation is off by default. After your permission and a recording action, a short audio clip is sent to OpenAI for transcription. You review the resulting text before using or sending it. UNITY does not save recordings or transcripts in its database. OpenAI’s own processing and retention terms apply. Technical abuse controls and an aggregate daily request counter limit voice use; they do not contain answers. You can use the entire reflection in text without microphone access.
If you accept analytics, the Wellness Test counts starts, stages reached, exits, completion, next-step clicks and optional helpfulness feedback. These events contain a public page path and day, but no session identifier, attribution, device, location, chosen theme or answer. They describe actions, not unique people or confirmed bookings. This is separate from the ordinary, consent-based website measurement described below.

What this website processes
- Messages you choose to send by email or WhatsApp.
- Your email address when you request a newsletter subscription.
- A free-text question you choose to send through the optional AI-powered UNITY guide.
- Booking and account information entered directly into Punchpass.
- Basic technical request data needed to deliver and secure the website.
- Public reviewer names, profile photos, ratings and comments if the Google Reviews connection is enabled.
The UNITY guide
The guide’s structured class and retreat pathways work in your browser without using an AI service. If you use “Ask in your own words”, your question, recent messages, selected language, recent guide choices and a random session identifier are sent to OpenAI to generate a short answer. You do not need to provide your name, and UNITY does not write a chat transcript to a website database. Please do not include names or sensitive health information. OpenAI processes that request under its privacy policy. If you continue to contact from a guide result, only your structured choices and resulting recommendation—not your free-text question—are kept temporarily in this browser to prepare a WhatsApp or email draft. Nothing is sent until you choose one of those contact actions.
Optional Guide personalisation
You can add birth details inside the Guide to explore perspectives from several traditional symbolic systems. Calculations and raw birth details stay in your browser. They are held in page memory by default; if you explicitly choose “Remember this profile on this private device”, the birth details and derived profile are saved in this browser’s local storage. Edit invalidates the active profile. Clear removes it from the current page and deletes saved details when browser storage permits. If deletion is blocked, the Guide warns you and offers a retry; a saved copy may remain until deletion succeeds or you clear this site’s data in your browser settings. Without remembering, reloading the page clears the active details. You can skip personalisation and use every Guide route.
When you send a Guide question, only the active profile’s bounded symbolic identifiers and any corrections or preferences you chose to add are sent to OpenAI with the conversation. Dates, birth times, places, coordinates and sex are not included in that profile request. Your lived experience and preferences take priority over symbolic interpretations. These details and interpretations are not sent to analytics or saved in a UNITY database. Voice replies may read the resulting personalised answer; you can turn sound off. Birth Compass adapts the supplied prototype attributed to Silvia Scarmagnani, with local place lookup from GeoNames.
Services outside UNITY
Newsletter subscription requests are sent securely to Mailchimp, which sends a confirmation email before adding the address to the UNITY audience. The optional free-text UNITY guide uses OpenAI. The schedule and purchase links use Punchpass. Links may also open WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps or Google Reviews. Those services process information under their own privacy terms. The Punchpass schedule is embedded on the schedule page, so your browser connects to Punchpass when that page is opened.
The optional studio map stays unloaded until you choose “Load Google Maps”. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which receives technical information such as your IP address and processes it under its own privacy policy. This choice is separate from website measurement. You can use the external directions link instead.
Why information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, manage bookings and subscriptions, deliver requested services, display public reviews with attribution, maintain the website and prevent abuse. UNITY does not sell personal information through this website.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was provided and for applicable administrative obligations. You may ask what information UNITY holds about you, request a correction or deletion where appropriate, or unsubscribe using the link in any UNITY email or by contacting the address above.
Optional website measurement
Measurement is off until you accept it. If enabled, UNITY records public page paths, broad visit sources, language, device category, timing and fixed action categories such as opening the guide or clicking a booking link. A random identifier connects events in this browser tab; it is separate from the guide service identifier. Analytics does not receive names, email addresses, telephone numbers, IP addresses, full URLs, form contents, individual guide answers or conversations. A click records an intention, not a confirmed enquiry or purchase. Newsletter measurement records a confirmation request, not a confirmed subscription.
Your privacy choice is stored in this browser. You can withdraw it using “Privacy preferences” in the footer; this stops measurement and removes the analytics session identifier. If an optional Cloudflare measurement beacon is configured, it loads only with your permission and withdrawal refreshes the page to stop it. Website hosting still receives the technical request information required to deliver and secure the service. The private analytics dashboard uses aggregate results; GPT-6 Astra can propose changes for human review, without receiving guide conversations or changing the site automatically.
Ordinary analytics sessions expire after 30 minutes without activity. After consent, an approved, non-personal campaign label may be kept with the first measured public page in that session; arbitrary campaign text and full referring URLs are discarded. This first measured page may differ from your original arrival page. Aggregate action briefs exclude marked test traffic and withhold small service and campaign groups. Separate bounded publishing can adjust only pre-approved homepage service cards using aggregate interest; it does not use Wellness answers or personal profiles.

This website displays event and practice photography. The relevant usage rights and participant-consent basis must be documented for the images published. If you believe an image of you should not appear, contact UNITY and identify the page.
