Yoga & Pilates in Saint-Sulpice · FAQ
Your first class, without the uncertainty.
Practical answers to the questions we hear most often.
Come as you are
Which class should I choose to start?
If you’re new to yoga, a Hatha class is usually the easiest starting point: the pace gives you more time for foundations, alignment and breathing. If you’re already sporty, you can also try a more dynamic class; the teacher adapts the intensity to the group.
Do I need to book?
Booking is recommended to guarantee your place and help us plan class capacity. In the schedule, choose your practice, then your format: in person or online. Check the location or online label on the session and book in Punchpass with the matching pass. In-person and online passes are separate.
Can I take a private class online or at home?
Yes. Meet Felix in the studio or live online, on your own or as a pair. The same standard private-class passes and prices apply to both formats. Home visits in the Morges and Lausanne area have their own passes and prices. Arrange your preferred time directly with Felix. You can begin with a private trial at CHF 60; the Prices page shows all private-class options.
Is coaching also available online?
Yes. You can meet Felix in person or online for one-to-one support. Choose the setting that suits you and arrange a time directly with Felix.
Can I try before committing?
Yes, in person: the first and second trial classes cost CHF 17.50 each. Try your first online group class free (CHF 0). After your trial, an online single class costs CHF 10. In-person and online passes and memberships are separate and valid only for the chosen format.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely. Mats are available at the studio, though you are welcome to bring your own.
Will I hold the class back?
No. The practice is non-competitive and teachers offer adaptations. Just tell the teacher about any injury, pregnancy or special requirement before class so they can guide you appropriately.
Can I ask not to be touched during class?
Yes. Guidance can be given verbally. If you prefer not to receive hands-on adjustments, simply tell the teacher before class and your choice will be respected.
