What the retreat price includes

The Sicily and Red Sea pages set out the accommodation, meals, practices, transfers and retreat activities included in each stay, together with the principal extras. Flights, travel insurance and additional treatments are not included. The Red Sea retreat also excludes lunch. Optional resort or destination activities may carry a separate cost.

Booking through BookRetreats

The current Sicily and Red Sea listings offer a 72-hour free-cancellation period. A 15% deposit reserves your place for 30 days while full payment is completed. After the 72-hour grace period, payments are non-refundable except with valid proof of extenuating circumstances or if UNITY cancels the retreat. In other cases, the cancellation value can be transferred to a future retreat booking.

Booking directly with UNITY

Direct room options and prices are shown in Swiss francs on each retreat page and open the corresponding Punchpass purchase route. The room and payment conditions shown in your purchase journey and confirmation apply to that direct booking.

For the Red Sea retreat, direct Punchpass bookings are non-refundable. With valid proof of extenuating circumstances, UNITY offers the opportunity to rebook on another date. A pass purchased from the website or your account also requires reserving the retreat date in the public schedule, subject to availability.

Red Sea bookings are accepted while places remain available; there is no fixed booking deadline.

Retreat announcements

Leysin and Anzère are currently announcements only. Their programmes, prices, inclusions and booking conditions will be published later; bookings are not yet offered for these retreats.

Programme and personal needs

Retreat timings remain flexible and every class, excursion and activity is optional. Tell UNITY in advance about dietary restrictions, allergies, accessibility requirements or relevant health needs so the team can prepare with you. Participants remain responsible for passports, visas where required, flights and suitable travel insurance.

Availability and extra nights

Most guests travel alone and are welcomed into a small group. A shorter or longer stay may be possible when the hotel has rooms available. Contact UNITY before arranging flights if you would like extra nights or a different travel plan.
