A semi-private mountain format for no more than six guests, hosted in a private chalet flat and shaped around practice, nature, nourishing food and conversation.

The original format
Small enough to feel at home.
Across three- and five-day stays, the daily rhythm remained deliberately flexible and every activity was optional: early meditation, morning Vinyasa, hiking or skiing, then Hatha or Yin practice in the afternoon.
The private flat kept the group to six guests around the same table. That intimacy made room for personal teaching, adjustments, coaching, nourishing meals and the relaxed conversation that became a defining part of later UNITY retreats.
