A small-group weekend at Cabanotel, shaped by mountain air, morning practice, long walks and time to simply be.

The rhythm
Practice, then space.
Mornings began with meditation, yoga and nourishing food. The rest of the day opened onto the mountain: hiking and exploration for some; wellness, rest and quieter inner work for others.
Privatising the eco-hotel kept the group intimate and made room for thoughtful teaching, personal adjustments, coaching and unhurried conversation.
