An invitation to explore.
The Guide draws on Felix’s teaching: presence, movement, connection and the exploration of a fully lived life. It welcomes practical questions alongside reflection on meaning, beliefs and our relationship with the world.
Its philosophical starting point reflects UNITY’s conviction that consciousness continues beyond bodily death, while making room for questions and other perspectives. You can ask for a practical, secular approach, stay within your own tradition or explore more than one point of view.
A conversation can open a possibility. For personal support over time, you can also meet Felix for coaching, in person or online.
Your pace, your choices.
The guided class and retreat pathways work in your browser. When you send a free-text question, it and relevant conversation context are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. UNITY does not save a chat transcript in the website database; your questions and replies are not included in visitor statistics.
Replies can be read aloud with the Sage voice. You can turn sound off and continue reading. There is no need to share identifying or sensitive details.
